Five integrated programs transforming lives through faith, education, creative arts, media, and humanitarian service across the Americas.
Fundación María Auxiliadora delivers measurable, community-centered programs designed to address the real needs of immigrant families, underserved youth, and vulnerable populations. Each program operates with defined outcomes, documented curricula, and accountability structures that meet grant compliance standards.
Our integrated approach means programs work together — a youth participant in our Workforce Development Institute might also find spiritual support through our Faith & Evangelization retreats, or develop creative talent through the Christown Records Academy. This interconnected model multiplies impact for every dollar invested.
Spiritual Formation Through Prayer, Retreats & Global Outreach
Many immigrant and underserved communities in the Northeast United States face spiritual isolation, cultural displacement, and lack of access to faith-based support systems. Language barriers and geographic separation from home churches leave families without spiritual anchoring during critical life transitions.
Operating through Centro María Auxiliadora, we provide structured spiritual retreats, prayer vigils, apostolate formation, and international Zoom-based prayer initiatives in Spanish and English, serving as both a physical sanctuary and digital hub for faith formation.
| Target Population | Immigrant families, Spanish-speaking communities, faith seekers of all ages |
| Geographic Focus | Edison & Newark, NJ; Northeast US; Latin America (digital outreach) |
| Format | Weekend & multi-day retreats, weekly prayer groups, monthly formation sessions |
| Delivery | In-person at Centro María Auxiliadora; hybrid via Zoom internationally |
FMA Workforce & Creative Development Institute
Youth and young adults in underserved communities face significant barriers to employment: limited digital skills, language barriers, lack of professional credentials, and insufficient access to training. Youth unemployment in NJ low-income communities remains disproportionately high.
The FMA Workforce & Creative Development Institute delivers structured certificate programs in Digital Literacy, Language Development, and Creative Music Production — each with defined curricula, assessments, and Certificates of Completion. Stipend-based training reduces financial barriers.
| Target Population | Youth ages 16–30, immigrants, career changers, adults with limited digital skills |
| Geographic Focus | Edison & Newark, NJ; expandable to additional counties |
| Format | 8–12 week certificate programs, 2 sessions/week, 48–72 contact hours |
| Delivery | In-person with computer lab/studio access; hybrid options available |
| Credential | FMA Certificate of Completion (per program) |
Christown Records Academy — Creative Career Development Through Music
Young adults in underserved communities have limited access to affordable, structured training in music production, audio engineering, and the music business. While creative talent exists in abundance, pathways from artistic passion to sustainable careers remain inaccessible due to cost and lack of mentorship.
The Christown Records Academy provides intensive, hands-on training in music production, audio engineering, songwriting, and music business. Participants gain access to professional studio equipment and industry mentorship, culminating in a public showcase of original work.
| Target Population | Aspiring musicians, producers, and audio engineers ages 16–30 |
| Format | 12-week intensive, 2 sessions/week (3 hours each), 72 contact hours |
| Delivery | In-person with recording studio and production equipment access |
| Credential | FMA Certificate of Completion — Creative Music Production |
Radio Trinidad — 24/7 Faith-Based Media Reaching Communities Worldwide
Spanish-speaking diaspora communities lack access to faith-based media that speaks to their cultural and spiritual identity. Commercial media rarely addresses spiritual formation, community building, and cultural preservation needs of immigrant populations.
Radio Trinidad operates as a 24/7 faith-based broadcasting platform delivering music, prayer, reflection, and community programming worldwide. F.M.A. Media produces podcasts, video content, and digital evangelization materials across YouTube, social media, and streaming platforms.
| Target Population | Spanish-speaking diaspora, faith communities, digital audiences worldwide |
| Geographic Focus | Global digital reach; local programming for NJ/Northeast US |
| Format | Continuous 24/7 broadcasting; weekly podcasts; monthly video productions |
| Delivery | Online streaming, social media, YouTube, podcast platforms |
Extrema Pobreza Onboard — Direct Service to the Most Vulnerable
Poverty, food insecurity, homelessness, and lack of healthcare remain persistent challenges for vulnerable populations in New Jersey and across Latin America. Immigrant families and undocumented individuals often fall through government safety nets and face compounding barriers to accessing services.
Extrema Pobreza Onboard provides direct humanitarian assistance — hot meals, clothing, medicine, hygiene supplies, and spiritual support — through regular community meal services, seasonal distribution drives, and international mission trips to communities in extreme poverty.
| Target Population | Homeless individuals, low-income families, undocumented immigrants, communities in extreme poverty |
| Geographic Focus | Newark & Edison, NJ; Dominican Republic, Haiti, Latin America |
| Format | Year-round service; monthly meals; quarterly drives; annual mission trips |
| Delivery | In-person community service, mobile outreach, international mission deployment |
